It’s a classic combination, but one that will win you over with its generosity, lightness and local flavour. Listel, which is made in the Camargue, has part of its origins on the shores of the Etang de Thau, between Sète and Marseillan Plage, on the estate that bears the name Listel Villeroy.
Listel is a historic sand rosé that has enjoyed incredible success because the vines planted in mixed soil resisted the phylloxera epidemic that devastated French vineyards in the 19th century.
