In July and August, discover our oyster beds from the St Barth Tarbouriech every day at 3pm.

Enjoy a unique experience in the heart of the Thau lagoon: hop aboard a traditional oyster barge for a guided tour of our oyster beds, where the famous Tarbouriech oysters are born and raised to the rhythm of the sun.

From the St Barth Tarbouriech pontoon, you set sail for a unique immersion in our expertise. Accompanied by a member of our team, you will discover the behind-the-scenes of production: from farming to harvesting, including the secrets of our gentle method inspired by the tides.
